*Nocturne in a Minor by Chad Lawson, added 22 Nov. 2020
Life is sometimes terrifying, isn’t it? Maybe or maybe not because when we choose to embark on this journey of living our truth, things will never stop getting harder and harder. But in this world, there’s nothing more important than choosing to follow our truth. It’s where our soul belongs. Please never stop looking for it. And when we’re lucky enough to see it, take it and go. Be brave, be resilient.
Thanksgiving is the time to fall in love with autumn all over again, also the time for us to get out there and immerse ourselves into the beauty of nature with all those magical colors, and of course, the beauty of resilience. Thanksgiving is also the time to remind ourselves of the wonders of life. And thanksgiving is the time for us to cultivate the art of gratitude, the essence of a wholehearted living.
Fall would not be able to exist without the changing colors of those flowers, the sweetness of a pumpkin pie, the warmth of a hot pumpkin spice latte, the coziness of those candles and the feelings of nostalgia. Nature is a great teacher. Sometimes, we don’t have to go far to learn something. We just need to pay more attention to the beauty of everything that surrounds us.
